Gateway Title is a full service title and settlement services company serving Maine and New Hampshire.

 
We specialize in providing fast, comprehensive service for residential and commercial real estate transactions. We do not involve ourselves in other matters of law, real estate law has been our focus since 1989. 1.    Title searches in all counties in Maine and New

2.    Attorney Review – All title reports are reviewed by one

      of our attorneys before delivery to you

 

3.    Commitment for Title Insurance (title report) delivered

      to you within 48 hours of receipt of your order

4.    Home Equity Searches - Gateway Title provides

      current owners searches and title updates in all counties

      within Maine and New Hampshire with a turn around

      time of 8 to 16 business hours
 

5.    Title Insurance Agent for the following underwriters:
      a.      Chicago Title
      b.      First American Title
      c.      Lawyers Title
      d.      Fidelity Title

 

6.    Lender representation for both residential and

      commercial transactions

 

7.    Preparation of Settlement Documents including

      Settlement Statement (HUD)

 

8.    Closings in any of our offices. All of our offices are

      networked together allowing loan packages and checks

      to be remote printed at any of our branch offices.

 

9.    Commercial Transactions - Gateway has experienced

      commercial transactional attorneys who can:
      a.      Analyze title
      b.      Cure defects
      c.      Assist in due diligence
